We store the following information on your account: Name, Phone number, Email address and password. This way you do not have to enter this information again. We also store – for the ease of use of your own account – the details of previous orders. 

Marketing research 
We may ask you to participate in market research. We will then use your data for market research. We use this statistical data anonymously for MyLeanda. You can close the questionnaire at any time. We do not provide your answers to third parties and will never be made public. In addition, the answers are not linked to your email address. 

Competitions 
If you participate in a promotion or competition, we ask the following information from you: name, email address and telephone number. This way we can carry out the promotion and announce the prize winner(s). We also measure the response to our advertising campaigns. 

Newsletter 
MyLeanda offers newsletters. We use Mailchimp for this. Read Mailchimp’s privacy policy here. This way you stay informed of offers, (discount) promotions and other news. To ensure your consent, we use the opt-in system for newsletters. An unsubscribe option is included with every communication in this way. 

Orders 
We need your name, email address and payment details for your order. We will register, store and process your data for the correct processing of the order. In addition, this information can be used for a possible later warranty. When processing your order, we provide WordPress, Ideal, Visa necessary personal data. We will only use your data for the above purposes, or for a purpose that is closely related to this. This way, your data will never be used by us in an unexpected way. 

MyLeanda.com is hosted on the WordPress platform. WordPress.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored via Wordress.com’s data storage, databases and general WordPress.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by WordPress.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

We may contact you to notify you about your account, troubleshoot problems with your account, resolve a dispute, collect fees or amounts owed, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our user agreement, applicable national laws and any agreements we have with you. For these purposes we may contact you by email, telephone, text message and post.
